Job Title: Environmental Specialist II Company: Williams Location: Green River, WY Description: Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for managing environmental compliance issues in support of multiple facilities engaged in natural gas gathering and processing located in the Wamsutter Area, with assets located in Wyoming and Colorado. Experience and detailed knowledge of general environmental issues is required, including those related to air quality issues, regulations and permitting, including Title V and NSR; SPCC and other spill plan requirements; NPDES permitting and plan preparation; RCRA waste disposal and EPCRA/CERCLA and general release reporting. Knowledge of specific Federal and State environmental laws and regulations as they apply to the natural gas industry is a plus. Proficient use of PC-based applications (MS Word, Excel, Internet and databases) is required. This position requires a team player with the ability to multitask, to manage shifting priorities, and to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
