Job Title: Cable Installer Company: New Age Technologies Location: Louisville, KY Description: Our client in Louisville, KY has 4 openings for experienced Cable Installers. These positions will require 100% travel to nationwide facilities. The contract will extend through 12/2009. The Cable Installers will be responsible for pulling a high volume of data cable drops at one time throughout building ceilings and walls. It is not uncommon to have 500+ drops per building. Contractors are normally at a location for an extended period of time and will need to be able to interact with staff professionally. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience pulling data cable drops and will be able to hit the ground running. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel 100%. Requirements Candidates must have 3+ years of experience pulling high volume of data cable drops at one time throughout building ceilings and walls. Must also be able to run cables through firewalls. Candidates must have experience with Category 5e cabling and must be able to use a meter to test and certify cable drops and be able to provide print outs of the reports.
