• Cell towers
• TV & radio towers
• Government emergency generators

Right now, we need a superintendent for two tower projects in Homestead Florida:

• Start – immediately
• Finish – December 2023
• You need to be familiar with:
  • Plans & specifications
  • Shop drawings
  • Submittals
  • Construction safety
  • Earth work
  • Caisson foundations
  • Concrete construction
  • Steel erection
  • Cranes
  • Utilities
  • Packaged HVAC units
  • Electrical & grounding
  • Emergency generators
  • DC power
• An F-150 will be assigned for travel
• You will be given an assistant
• You will ensure a safe working environment
• You will inspect material as it arrives on the job site
• You will supervise subcontractors performing the following work:
  • Sitework
  • Foundations
  • Electrical
  • Tower erection
  • Fencing
  • Precast shelter
  • DC Power
• You will coordinate and deal with:
  • A large state government agency
  • Another GC
  • Inspectors
  • Testing labs

Don't worry if you do not have tower experience. If you have had steel erection on your past projects, we can teach you the idiosyncrasies of tower erection.  

We will pay an allowance for moving expenses.
