As a Rate Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and auditing of labor pricing across a fleet of nuclear power sites. You will ensure accurate cost representation for all skilled laborespecially union laborby managing rate structures, updating systems/contracts, and supporting pricing for current and future projects.

You will report to the Director of AOMS Transformation and will be based out of our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Labor Pricing Development - Build and maintain hourly pricing for skilled labor roles across multiple project sites, with special attention to union-specific requirements and contract terms.

  • Union Rate Management - Monitor and process all union rate changes (often occurring annually or more frequently), applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems for payroll and billing alignment.

  • System & Document Updates - Maintain and update internal pricing documents, SAP master data, and customer-facing contracts as union rates or project needs evolve.

  • Audit & Reconciliation - Conduct audits between calculated billing rates and fringe benefits remitted by other departments to ensure financial alignment and compliance.

  • Client Communication - Report rate changes and pricing validations directly to clients and ensure contract terms reflect accurate labor rate buildups.

  • RFP & Proposal Support - Participate in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to develop competitive labor rates for potential projects and bid opportunities.

  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Support - Respond to internal and external pricing inquiries, validate invoiced rates, and support special requests for new positions, rate structures, or pricing model revisions.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in business, finance, accounting, engineering or other related discipline

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience with specific experience in finance and field-based labor cost environments
