BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION FOR Experienced Phone Repair Technician

We are a fast-paced and customer-focused phone and electronics repair business seeking experienced technicians. The ideal candidate has previously worked in a repair shop and is confident repairing a wide range of smartphones and tablets, including iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, and others.

This role requires not only strong technical skills but also the ability to interact with customers, explain repair needs, and provide accurate quotes.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on all major smartphone brands
Perform high-quality repairs with speed and accuracy
Take in devices, assess damage, and provide clear repair quotes
Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, timelines, and costs
Sell accessories and promote services when applicable
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Requirements:

Previous experience in a phone repair shop is required
Skilled in disassembling, diagnosing, and repairing iPhones, Androids, and tablets
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
