About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and internal teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations for assigned projects
- Enforce company safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Supervise and develop field staff, including assistant superintendents
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and system owners
- Resolve conflicts and construction issues promptly
- Ensure code-compliant, high-quality installations
- Lead weekly site meetings and update project schedules
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of construction management experience (4+ years preferred)
- EL-1J license or Journeyman Wireman (preferred)
- Skilled in electrical systems, controls, and component installation
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with high, medium, and low voltage systems
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using testing tools
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license; able to pass a drug test
- Familiarity with NETA standards (a plus)
