Home Health Aide

Care for elderly individual with medical disabilities. Assist/perform routine activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, toileting, changing diapers and ambulation for patient. Monitor health status including blood pressure reading and address health-related needs including medication administration. Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping for patient. Maintain cleanliness of patient's living areas, which includes ensuring that soiled bed sheets are continuously laundered and changed. Work 1:00pm - 9:00pm Monday to Friday.
