Utility Worker / Senior Utility Worker Highline Water District - Kent, WA
The Utility Worker position assists in the operation and maintenance functions of the Districts water distribution system. Utility Workers perform a variety of physically demanding work and use equipment, vehicles, and tools in all weather conditions to maintain or repair the system. Responsibilities include various maintenance programs related to the water system, District facilities, and vehicles.
The Utility Worker position is generally considered an entry level position. Construction experience, CDL, or demonstrated mechanical aptitude is desired.
The Senior Utility Worker position requires 5+ years of experience, Water Distribution 2 certification, CDL, or an applicable combination of education, training, and experience.
These positions require residence within 25 miles of the District Headquarters.
