Project Manager (P.E.) Water/Wastewater

Join a growing engineering team leading water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout northern California. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys technical leadership, project management, and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering projects from planning through construction
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and oversee project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Provide technical review and quality control of engineering work
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, qualification statements, and project presentations
• Mentor and support engineers and technical staff
• Identify opportunities for new and repeat business

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of water distribution, sewer collection, pump stations, and treatment systems
