What You'll Do Lead and manage a sanitation team across five industrial kitchens Perform deep, heavyduty cleaning and sanitizing using professional chemicals Ensure all cleaning meets APPA Level 1 standards Follow and enforce food industry rules and regulations Complete initial deep cleans of all kitchens, followed by monthly maintenance Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals while following safety protocols Maintain stainless steel equipment and hightraffic kitchen areas What We're Looking For Essential Skills Strong experience in cleaning, janitorial, and sanitation work Knowledge of food safety standards and industrial kitchen sanitation Ability to sterilize and sanitize equipment properly Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Nice to Have Experience cleaning commercial or industrial kitchens Familiarity with stainless steel equipment cleaning Experince as a sterilization technician (lab, medical, or food production) Experience in the food service or food production industry Work Schedule & Environment Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Environment: Fastpaced, physically demanding role involving heavy cleaning and chemical use Safety First: Strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations is required Why Work With Us?
