RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel to customer sites (50%-70%) to install, commission, and service control panels and automation systems. Perform electrical and mechanical assembly, wiring, and panel integration Conduct system troubleshootingboth hardware and softwareon-site and remotely Modify and troubleshoot basic Allen-Bradley PLC programs as needed Work directly with customers to identify and resolve system issues and ensure satisfaction. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings Document service activities, system updates, and field modifications accurately Maintain a professional attitude and communication with customers and team members Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality requirements QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of experience in panel building, electrical systems, or industrial automation Proficiency with electrical schematics, control wiring, and panel layout Basic experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix / Studio 5000) for programming and troubleshooting Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skillshardware and software Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate effectively with others Excellent communication and customer service skills.
