Our client, a leader in industrial solutions, is seeking dedicated and skilled Field Service Technicians to join their dynamic team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be an essential part of the service department supporting customer operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Field Service Technicians
Location: Landisville, PA
Pay Range: $28-$30
Shift: Must be available 6a-6p Mon-Sat, however you will not always be working these hours
3-month assignment could go longer or possibly perm)
What's the Job?
Perform on-site installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of company products
Independently complete technical tasks such as wiring harness diagnostics, cargo and bulkhead installations, and roof framing according to specifications
Conduct quality checks and resolve common field issues without direct supervision
Communicate professionally with customers to explain service work, repairs, and maintenance needs
Coordinate with supervisors, parts departments, and other technicians to ensure timely job completion
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in field service, manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or technical/trade school environments
Intermediate troubleshooting skills with proficiency using hand and power tools
Experience with electrical diagnostics, print/diagram reading, and use of a multimeter
Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work independently in remote environments
