Stormwater Program ManagerLocation: Los Angeles, CA Employment Type: FullTime Work Environment: InOffice / HybridA wellestablished engineering and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Stormwater Program Manager to lead and support stormwater, drainage, and water resources projects throughout the Los Angeles region. This role is suited for a technically grounded professional who combines strong project management capabilities with handson engineering expertise and enjoys working in a collaborative, inoffice environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage stormwater and drainage projects from planning and design through executionOversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliveryLead hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage studies, and stormwater infrastructure assessmentsSupport stormwater compliance programs and coordinate with regulatory agencies as requiredServe as a primary point of contact for clients and internal project teamsProvide technical oversight and mentor junior engineers and staffContribute to proposal development, cost estimates, staffing plans, and project pursuitsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California10 or more years of experience in stormwater, drainage, or water resources engineeringProficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools such as HECHMS, HECRAS, and EPA SWMMDemonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teamsFamiliarity with Southern California stormwater regulations and agency coordinationStrong communication skills and comfort working in an inoffice or hybrid settingWhat the Role OffersLongterm career stability with an established engineering organizationMeaningful stormwater and infrastructure projects across the Los Angeles regionA balance of technical involvement and project leadership responsibilityCollaborative team culture with mentorship and professional development opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageCompensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, including a comprehensive benefits package.
