CITY OF GLENDIVE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR Trainee Welcome - We will train the right person The City of Glendive is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to help operate and maintain our wastewater treatment facility. No prior certification required. DUTIES INCLUDE Monitor and operate treatment plant equipment Perform basic maintenance on pumps, valves, and equipment Collect and test water samples Record data and assist with reporting Maintain a clean and safe work environment QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED Valid Montana driver's license Ability to learn and follow instructions Mechanical aptitude helpful but not required Obtain MT wastewater certification within 1 year (training provided) WORK CONDITIONS Combination of indoor and outdoor work May involve lifting, climbing, and working around equipment WHY WORK FOR GLENDIVE Stable, full-time position with the City Competitive wages and benefits package We are striving to make Glendive a great place to live, work, and to enjoy the culture of Eastern Montana.
