Field Service Engineer

The Field Engineer 4 is responsible for providing on-site PC hardware break/fix support at various customer locations. This role requires reliable transportation, adherence to company policies, and completion of required product training to ensure high-quality technical service delivery. Key Responsibilities Respond to PC hardware break/fix service calls at assigned locations. Diagnose and repair Dell desktop PCs and related hardware. Install, configure, and support desktop systems to ensure optimal performance. Maintain compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Complete required product training to stay current with technical updates. Required Qualifications Proven expertise in Dell Desktop PC installation and support. A+ Certification. Reliable transportation for travel to service locations. Ability to pass drug and background screening. Preferred Qualifications Prior field service experience in PC hardware support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Certifications A+ Certification required.
