What You’ll Do:
Summary/Objectives
Provider of medical imaging repair and maintenance services seeking a Service Engineer to maintain and repair medical injectors.
This role provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities
• Assist in the repair of injectors and other diagnostic imaging equipment, such as X-ray systems and other high-level electromechanical equipment
• Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive customer environments
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications
• Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment in order to perform preventative maintenance on machines
• Accurately document all service activities in accordance with Company Quality Standards
• Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment
• Submit field service reports in a timely manner and according to functional standards
• Communicate with the account manager regarding services being provided
• Manage and maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions
Supervisory Responsibility
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in the field. The individual will travel to various customer sites and work around a variety of medical imaging equipment.
Work Schedule
Primarily Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical Demands
The physical requirements essential to perform this job include talking, hearing, standing, walking, and lifting up to 75 lbs. The employee will also frequently use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.

Travel
This position requires frequent and regular travel to service customer technical needs. The individual must be willing to travel and drive to a variety of sites within a 4-hour radius. Some assignments may require air travel and overnight stays.
