Heavy Civil Project Manager - Baltimore, MD $100,000-$150,000 A wellestablished heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and site development projects in the Baltimore area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sitework, underground utilities, and paving .
