As the Project Manager for Technical Training Business Processes, applies experience and expert knowledge of project management principles and methods to determine project requirements for contract support and to prepare documention in support of current and future contracts. Is a recognized subject mter expert on technical training program management and training quota allocion for the Air Traffic Organizion. Plans and carries out challenging and complex assignments to develop new and innovive approaches, methodologies, and techniques to improve, maintain, and enhance automed systems used to support the technical training quota management system. Works across functional and/or organizional lines to establish schedules between Service Areas to resolve conflicting quota needs. Identifies and resolves challenging problems or issues th often cross organizional boundaries and have an impact on the accomplishment of stregic objectives.
Provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive. Leads complex projects to maintain and enhance the Comprehensive Management Resource Informion System (CMRIS) Quota Management Tool. Utilizes a variety of project management stregies to organize teams and drive projects to completion in alignment with program goals and objectives. Develops, schedules, coordines, and manages project plans, activities, and resources. Coordines with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Identifies, defines, and organizes resources for large projects. Acquires and alloces resources to accomplish activities within established schedules and budgetary requirements.
Applies Acquisition Management System procedures to evalue and develop new an innovive procurement methods. Develops acquisition stregies, defines project requirements for contract support, and conducts market research to identify potential contract sources. Leverages expertise in acquisition and procurement processes to assess procurement options and prepare documention supporting current and future contract actions.
Applies technical training deployment policies and procedures to identify, valide, and alloce technical training requirements and quotas. Uses quantitive and qualitive analytical methods to evalue training requirements da and strengthen the training quota management process for the Air Traffic Organizions (ATO's) air traffic and technical operions workforce. Determines project needs requiring contract support and develops the supporting requirements for acquisition planning. Updes the Technical Operions Call for Training Guide, recommends modificions, and develops options for management on a range of planning and programmic issues. Prepares reports, issue papers, and briefings to communice findings, support decision-making, and inform leadership on training program impacts and requirements.
As the Technical Training Planning & Analysis Group (AJI-2200) principal point of contact for the Electronic Learning Management Systems (eLMS), schedules, coordines, and oversees AJI activities reled to the FAA Electronic Learning Management System (FAA eLMS). Responsibilities include entering da into the system, upding user accounts, and genering reports. Interfaces with the ATO PL1 Administror to review and approve requests for e-LMS administrive access, ensuring these activities support overall project objectives and contribute to successful, on-time, and within-budget project completion.
Contacts are internal and external. Often represents AJI as a principal point of contact to provide advice and guidance on the applicions of policies and procedures reled to AJI business process automed systems. Formules and recommends to senior management positions on major projects/ policies/issues.
