You will also maintain, service, and install rental systems while traveling approximately 50% of the time. Accurate record-keeping is crucial, as you will need to maintain field service reports, refrigerant tracking, and timekeeping logs. Essential Skills Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, service, troubleshooting, industrial, and mechanical tasks. Strong knowledge of air conditioning, customer service, chillers, boilers, and field service. Experience in maintenance technician tasks and preventive maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience. 2+ years of experience with chillers. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid Driver's License.
