We are a well-established company in the mortgage field services industry seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to perform Insurance Loss Draft Inspections. Due to recent hurricane-related storm damage in the Southeast, we are experiencing a high volume of inspection orders across the Augusta area.

This is a boots-on-the-ground position ideal for those with experience in field inspections, construction, insurance adjusting, or property preservation.

Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site property inspections for homes with insurance claims (primarily wind, hail, water damage)

Photograph damage repairs, remaining repairs, and property condition

Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors on-site

Upload findings via mobile app or web portal

Qualifications
Prior experience in property inspections, construction, or insurance preferred but not required

Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone with a good camera

Ability to follow detailed checklists and provide clear, well-lit photos
Applicants MUST:
Have reliable (economical) transportation with current insurance coverage.
Hold Aspen Grove number or be able to obtain (pass back-ground check). (Cost may be reimbursed after 90 days)
Have Smart Phone/tablet with data package.
Have home computer with Internet access, printer and basic computer skills.
