• Maintain HVAC/R equipment through preventive maintenance and verify equipment is performing within specificions
• Troubleshoot and repair defective HVAC/R equipment, components, or wiring, including adding and reclaiming refrigerants
• Provide alternive solutions to mechanical problems on equipment when needed
• Maintain records of work required and performed in our Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Accurely log any inventory transactions th take place while working on equipment

• EPA certificion for handling refrigerant
• 2-year degree or equivalent work experience in HVAC/R
• Ability to obtain Minnesota Special Engineer License for boiler operion
• Willingness to train on ARC flash and obtain Registered Unlicensed Electrician License
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including working eleved heights on ladders and aerial lift plforms

• Ability to read schemics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to diagnose equipment issues
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system wiring, piping, troubleshooting and equipment controls
• Versility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Excellent communicion and collaborion skills
