The Regional Kitchen Sanitation Technician is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitized, and audit-ready commercial kitchens across assigned properties, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
Sunrise Shift Available:
11:00pm - 7:00am
What does a Regional Kitchen Sanitation Technician do?
- Clean and sanitize commercial kitchens and equipment across assigned properties in compliance with SOPs and FDA standards.
- Complete scheduled deep-cleaning tasks using specialized equipment and approved chemicals.
- Maintain audit-ready, service-ready kitchen conditions.
- Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Support operations through documentation, inventory management, special projects, and cross-team collaboration.

Work ExperienceTo be successful as a Regional Kitchen Sanitation Technician, you'll need:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, especially in kitchens preferred.
- Ability to work in hot, humid, fast-paced environments.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work overnight schedules and travel between properties.
- Basic equipment and chemical knowledge or willingness to train.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to strive in a multi task environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- A valid NYS Driver's License.
