HVAC Technician

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician. You will travel to each client's location to inspect their current equipment, identify problems with their units, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance. When required, you will install new systems and ensure they are running smoothly. We work with commercial customers only. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional HVAC repair experience and can work independently. Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and HVAC systems
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-up of commercial HVAC systems
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications
• Control wiring and high voltage
• Interprets blueprints
• Work-order documentation
• New equipment start-up and commissioning
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise

Experience

• 3+ years of experience is a MUST
• OSHA 10 Minimum; OSHA 30 a plus
• NH Gas Fitter License (Service Level)
• EPA Certified
