What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience in general construction, maintenance, or property services
Ability to diagnose the source of leaks roof, window, foundation, and more
Comfortable with carpentry, drywall, painting, and exterior repairs
Ability to lift and/or move 50100 lbs
Positive, professional attitude you represent our company in the field
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Own standard hand and power tools
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
A Plus If You...
Have experience leading or overseeing a crew
Hold any trades or industry certifications
Are bilingual
Can provide strong professional references
