What Youll Do
  • Design high-voltage substation facilities for transmission and distribution systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop substation layouts, equipment arrangements, and design documentation for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions for utilities and renewable energy clients.
  • Support projects through the entire lifecycle from conceptual design to detailed engineering and construction.
  • Apply power systems knowledge to meet industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements .
  • Contribute to the design and coordination of protection & control systems .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during design and construction phases.
  • Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations .
  • Help refine and improve internal engineering tools, standards, and processes .
What You Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • Experience in substation engineering or power systems design
  • Familiarity with high-voltage transmission and/or distribution systems
  • Knowledge of substation design principles , including layouts and equipment configurations
  • Understanding of protection and control concepts
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bonus If You Have
  • Experience with both greenfield and brownfield projects
  • Exposure to utilities, renewable energy, or critical infrastructure projects
  • Interest in working across the full project lifecycle
  • Adaptability to support projects across different regions and requirements
