The Service Repair Technician maintains, and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with some overtime. Must have the ability to travel long distances, with possible overnight stays out of state.

You will:

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen equipment, such as OPL pump systems, Auto-dosing equipment, and commercial dishwashers
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures

You have:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
• Electrical and mechanical experience
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment including troubleshooting commercial laundry systems and plumbing, as well as using digital multimeters for electrical diagnostics preferred
• Excellent communication skills
