We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is critical to our success and directly impacts customer satisfaction every day.

What You'll Do

Install internet service for new customers and complete all required documentationPerform service calls to troubleshoot and resolve customer issuesConduct site surveys to determine optimal installation solutionsEducate customers on Wi-Fi performance and best practices for their homeEnsure all work meets Resound quality and safety standardsMaintain company equipment, tools, and inventoryComplete jobs efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience
