Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Sanitation Technician for a food and beverage production facility in Oxnard, CA. As a Sanitation Technician, you will help ensure production equipment, processing areas, and warehouse spaces are properly cleaned and sanitized using approved chemicals and established procedures. Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize food production and processing equipment using approved chemicals and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, warehouse areas, floors, walls, doors, and other facility infrastructure according to sanitation schedules.
- Follow company policies, GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and food safety requirements at all times.
- Support proper waste management throughout the facility to help maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Refill paper towels, soap, sanitizer, and other sanitation supplies at designated stations.
- Complete sanitation documentation accurately, clearly, and on time.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19 to $22 per hour.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Oxnard, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Clean and sanitize production equipment, processing areas, and facility spaces.
- Follow GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, sanitation schedules, and food safety procedures.
- Maintain proper waste management and restock sanitation supplies.
- Complete required sanitation and cleaning documentation accurately.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred or related hands-on experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to safely use approved cleaning chemicals and sanitation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation legibly.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to report food safety, quality, or suspicious activity concerns to a supervisor, QA, or management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous sanitation experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, personal care manufacturing, or a similar regulated production environment.
- Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and sanitation documentation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced food production or processing facility.
