Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

What's the Job?

  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and related systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Travel between 25 locations, providing timely and efficient service to maintain facility operations.
  • Utilize company tools and systems such as Corrigo work order system to document work and manage inventory.
  • Assist with patching walls, changing filters, and other light maintenance tasks as needed.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Universal EPA certification, with a preference for EPA 608 Universal Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to operate a van and use various tools safely.
