As an Utility Worker, you will assist operators on the Flexo Folder Gluers, Die Cutting Machines, Baler, etc. The Royal Group's mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers. Shillington Box requires the following skills and abilities: High school Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of manufacturing Corrugated experience preferred not required. Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills. Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality. Ability to perform basic computer operations. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read and understand instructions. The willingness to function effectively in a team environment. Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment. Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test).
