We are seeking a skilled and motivated Generator Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of generator systems, ensuring their reliable and efficient operation.
Experience is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided.
Must be dependable, a self-starter, capable of working with little direct supervision, motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.
- Working knowledge of Generator Power Systems
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Understand and have a working knowledge of automatic start and stop controls, safety shutdowns, switchgear, circuit breakers, and control panels.
- Experience in diesel and gaseous engine repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and laborious work.
- Able to work Independently and as a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonall skills
