Warehouse Utility Worker

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Utility Worker to support our fast-paced warehouse operations in Austin, TX with $21/hr pay for a 3 months contract (temp only) . This role is critical to ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. APPLY NOW!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely move and load pallets;receive domestic orders and returns
• Maintain warehouse and forklift cleanliness
• Execute dock schedules with accuracy and efficiency
• Complete daily logs, pick tickets, and resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain yard and dock management systems
• Communicate with carriers and warehouse teams to optimize operations
• Ensure quality standards and assist in continuous process improvements
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager

Required Qualifications:

• 2 3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Ability to read pick tickets and identify product quality issues (e.G., leakers, damaged cases)
• Demonstrated ability to perform all shipping and receiving processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work overtime, off-shifts, and cover vacations as needed
