Contracts Manager Jobs in California

They should also have a solid understanding of the Utilities industry, including its regulatory environment and the contract needs specific to utilities. They should ideally possess a certification such as the Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) from the National Contract Management Association. Prior roles that would provide good experience for this position include Contract Administrator, Procurement Specialist, or Legal Advisor in the Utilities sector.
