Production Supervisor Jobs
A Production Supervisor in the utilities industry is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a production facility, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently. This includes planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. They have to ensure that all operations are consistent with the company's goals and objectives, and that all staff are properly trained and motivated.
