Utility Operator - Hubs & Compression

Join Our Team in the Oil and Gas Industry! Nesco Resource is collaborating with a leading oil and gas company in the Gonzales, TX area. We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the Gillet, TX area, with work spanning from Shiner to Falls City, TX. This role will initially be a transitory assignment with the potential to transition into a Hub Operator position in the same region. Experience is preferred but not required. Job Responsibilities: Operate approximately 4 sites (8 Compressors) and ensure their continued operability. Proactively adjust facility compressors and repair equipment to maintain operational reliability. Demonstrate self-motivation, efficiency, and thoroughness in all tasks. This includes but is not limited to handling: Ariel Compressors 3606 Cat Engines Electrical Troubleshooting Fluid & Chemical Management Fuel Skid Operation Separators Dehy Operations All pipes and valves API Tanks 10k Valve Maintenance & Repair 10k turbine meters Assist production with flow back rig ups Respond to call outs after hours Monitor Wellhead pressures Document all maintenance and adjustments performed daily Other duties as assigned Experience Preferred: Oil Field Operations Mechanical Electrical Compressors - CAT3606/Ariel packages Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
